I would like to share my experiences as swiggy delivery partner and want to share the methods to enhance our revenue.I worked as Swiggy delivery partner for more than 2 years. I hope it will be useful for newbie.
Before we go and see the function, i would like to know you. What is Swiggy? How they function? What is ur job role in swiggy? Swiggy is an express food delivery from most restaurants in India. It became successful company in india. They have created the perfect system and server to maintain.
How they function?
If customer orders food from swiggy app, The order need to confirm by restaurant. Once the restaurant person confirms the order. The server try to find the nearest swiggy delivery partner to deliver the order. The ETA for every order 40 mins.
Whats the benefits of having swiggy?
*Customer have wide variety of restaurant to choose their meals
*Customer can have their meals within 35 mins.Because swiggy delivers door to door delivery.
*Restaurant might receive lot of orders may be more than usaul. bcoz swiggy gives their customers
*Delivery partner has the minigmi wage of 35 up to 120 rs per order. It is depends upon the distance.
As a Swiggy delivery excutive:
Before going to swiggy delivery partner, Kindly go through warning.
Warning :As a swiggy delivery partner, i suggest you to go to find new job soon. Because you shud remember always. Swiggy is not a permanent option. Swiggy is best for part time workers only. Once u came in to swiggy delivery partner, ur mind will be in comfortable position and u will not start think about next job. So always be in mind, Swiggy must be a option as part time. Don't work in full time in Swiggy, you are wasting ur life in to swiggy.
How do u join As delivery partner in Swiggy?
This is the first question arise when u want to join Swiggy. U can see there are lot of orange swiggy delivery excutives near by. Ask the headoffice address. All u can do walkin directly
Remember walk in with 600 rs.Swiggy directly deposited ur salary in to ur account.
Ask the swiggy delivery excutives to refer. They would certainly do this. Because every referral they would get 1000 rs. You would get 4 hrs rigorous training afterwards u would be call as Swiggy delivery executive. They would issue two sets of swiggy t-shirt,Del Deliv bag, If you are full time they would also issue rain coat.
Swiggy System:
Swiggy formulates everything perfectly. Trust me when i say this. There is nothing you can do it.Swiggy classified the executive four types:Ultra full time,FullTime,Part time A,partime B.Swiggy office time is 07.00 a.m to 01.00 a.m.
Ultra Full time:
16 hours from 07.00am. This would be tough and real challenge but u would get incentives and MG(Minimum Guarantees)
Full Time:
12 hours from 11.00 Am. This would be perfect timing if u don't have any job. You would get incentives
Part time:A
08 hrs from 08.00p.m. This would be best option for part time jobs. Your incentives may differ depends upon need.
Part time :B
08hrs from 08.00p.m exclusive only on sat and sunday.
for full time everyone needs to work in morning peek 07a.m to 09.00 a.m, afternoon peak 11.30 to 03.30, dinner peak 06.00 to 11.00
okay u joined in Swiggy what are all the things u need to do?
U need to understand the swiggy and how it works. the first step is order received. you will receive the order all you have to do confirm or rejection. there are two options only.note you are only allowed to take two rejections per week.so be careful just because you have the rejection option it doesn't mean you need to reject. my advice is to take all the orders you can.but in fact there are certain orders you have to avoid especially distance especially when you areare peak order. once you receive the order you will hear vibration sound. that means you have see the order from nearby restaurants or hotels. now you have 100 in 20 seconds left to confirm the order. written that you need to confirm the order otherwise it will be marked as rejection.before you go to the order ,wear the swiggy t-shirt just not for the rule but where the swiggy t-shirt the customers will find out us easily, we are the swiggy delivery bag because it will helpful to carry more orders. wear the helmet because not for you not for the rule but for your family. ok now confirm the ordermeans you have confirmed the order from the near by xxxx restaurant.once you confirm the order it will say where the orders come from. so go the directions of the restaurant. there might be a situation you are not able to locate the restaurant so in that case just type the restaurant name in the Google and located in the map. now you have reached the restaurant so now you need to report to swiggy and as well as a customer's that you have reached the restaurant so kindly press you have reached the restaurant. once you reach the restaurant it will show the items. make sure you pick the items correctly make sure you pick the odd is correctly if it is bulk in case, once you pick the items and kept it safely in your delivery bag kindly press you have pick the items. everytime you update the status it will update to swiggy and as well as customers. now follow the directions of customers address. once you reach the marked location of customer if you could able to locate the customer location nearby within 100 of 50m you don't need to call the customer. as much as possible do not try to call the customer. in case if you are not able to locate the location within hundred metres from the marked location you definitely need to call the customer. just reached the delivery location and press reached the delivery location, table to find the customer location go and give the orders while giving the orders just say Happy breakfast and lunch happy dinner or the happy snacks is depends upon a time you gave. don't forget to mention u cal from. swiggy while youspeak to customer. happy swiggy. this is how you get orders and how you complete the orders.
now we have learn how to complete order you will get more experience when you complete more orders. day by day you will notice your skill may be enhancedthat means you will know the shortcuts and you will know where the orders come from. it was at least 30 days to be worked proficient

Tips to Earn more:
precisely you will earn 3000 to 8000. schooli depends upon the area where you are working. normally you will get more orders if you are in urbanized area. you will get less order if your working area is in rural. this is a general rule applicable to everyone. you may think what's bothering me?,my dear friend of course it bothers you and all others.in swiggy you will get more earning if you get more orders because they are not providing salary to you they will provide earning per order. so the more you getget or the more you earn.
*swiggy issue 35 rupees from 140 rupees to every ordee and purely depends upon the distance. that doesn't mean you will get more earning if you got orders from distance. my suggestion is to orders in short areas you will get more earning
*swiggy provinces zone area where you must be in the zone area during order so always be in the zone area in order to get orders.
*so now you know the area very well swiggy bill suggest you to go to red.in the zone. dark red indicates you will get order for every 15 minutes. The light that indicates you will get order for every 25 minute. so always track the red area in your mobile. we prepare with your battery backup always trust me you need this.
*so now you are in zone you are in red zone youwill get more orders that's what you think right but still there is a problem there are lot of swiggy persons you see can you see that!?? therethat tough competitors for you.so always stick with the general rule in breakfast you know what are all the breakfast where are all the breakfast you will get in your zone.in lunch you know where are all the lunch will provide what are the lines you will receive you know everything.internet you know what are the restaurants they will provide dinner and where are all the you know all of them.in snack time you know where are all the snacks available and what are the snacks available and you know where to stand.people will usually order breakfast in breakfast timing lunch in lunch timing snacks in snacks timing and dinner in dinner timing.please be there in breakfast hotel in breakfast timing so please be there in lunch timing in lunch hotels so please be there in snacks timing in snacks hotel and so please be there in dinner timing in dinner hotels do not neglect this general rule.
*swiggy will provide the orders the those near to the restaurantbut in fact it will not applicable to the peak timing in peak timing wherever you are in the zone you will get orders
*there are lot of persons standing in near the restaurant but you will receive order do wonder why.swiggy will issue orders those who complete the orders very soon and get back to the restaurant as soon as possible this rule will applicable to everyone especially when you see lot of persons in near of restaurant.
swiggy floating cash: You cannot go and take run away from the customer money . you need to deposit through deposit machine or gpay,.hit the floating cash as the limit we need to deposit before it exceeds the limit.
